Another quick-fire post on Everything 5 Pounds, my last post was about their £1.99 sale (which I nabbed loads of items at, I think I returned about half of them but kept half as well, I’ll do a review post one day).
For a limited time only (just a DAY apparently but they do tend to extend these offers, they’re having an amazing half price dress sale. So half off of £5 means that these selected dresses are £2.50.
Click here to jump straight to the sale or read on to see what half price dress picks I personally bought from the sale and what I liked/didn’t like.
Today we’ll be talking about one of my absolute, all-time favourite online clothing sites – Everything 5 Pounds.
In case you haven’t heard of them already, the name really says it all – everything on the site will only set you back a fiver. I’ve really got into shopping from them recently and I’ve a whole host of posts planned including an in-depth review, reviews of all the hauls I’ve done recently (including the good and the bad) plus tips on how to get the most out of shopping with them. However, today’s post is going to be a quick one because I’ve spotted something that I really wanted to blog about asap while the deal’s still on.
For a limited time only, Everything5Pounds is a misnomer, because not everything is £5, some things are £1.99!
Happy Weekend Lovelies!
Seems another summer has flown by, come Monday it’ll be September the first which is officially Autumn I’d say. While I don’t actually like the heat (hate it, to be honest!) I do really love the longer days and I always miss it when the days start getting shorter again *le sigh*. The one good thing about summer leaving though is the end of summer sales (now also officially winding down!) and amazing Autumn lines coming out, I probably love Autumn clothes over anything else!
First up, we have Dorothy Perkins’ Final Clearance, ending midnight today.
Final Clearances are always a bit of a hit and miss with me, on the one hand sometimes things are left there for a reason, and also it’s nigh impossible to find your size and it’s always about whether you’re lucky enough to have the item you want in the size you need it to be. But on the flip side, you get amazing discount perks, such as the extra 15% off that DP are adding to everything in their final clearance, which is amazing! If you fancy your chances at finding a steal, have a rummage through their sale here.
So, it’s that time again, time for H&M to do another one of their online flash sales. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve only signed up for their newsletter in the last few months but I feel that I’m getting wind of these a lot more recently? Anyway, it’s a pretty good 50% off flash sale on selected items and it’s for one day only, so have a browse now-now if you think you’ll want something!
I’ve included my top picks from the sale 😉 I always feel conflicted about sales-picks posts. On the one hand, it’s seriously fun, like window-shopping with friends type of fun. It also kind of fulfils a certain urge to shop without spending (haha) but I hate the thought of being an enabler! So please don’t feel pressured to buy, same disclaimer as always, don’t buy if you don’t have to! Better yet, you should all go do your own sales picks post and link me to them 😉 I would love to see what your picks are!
Happy Sunday Everyone!
I love Bank Holidays, I don’t work ‘regular’ hours myself so I tend not to really notice that I’m getting a day off but it does mean that my boyfriend/my friends have Monday off and we can all do something extra fun together over the long weekend =D How are you spending your bank holiday weekend? Luckily (or not, for our wallets) the stores seemed to have cottoned on that people tend to shop a lot when they have free times, so there’s some lovely Bank Holiday bargains for us to watch out for…
First up is a great Beautycard Event from Superdrug! I can’t help thinking of the great Boots Advantage Card offers and comparing the two, personally I’d still rack up Boots points over Superdrug points (Boots are just more consistent with their great points events!) but Superdrug does stock some quality brands that we can’t find at Boots, like Sleek and MUA (and soon Makeup Revolution will be available in-stores as well!) so now’s as good a time as any for a Superdrug haul 😉
Next up, Lipsplash are doing a flash sale!
